The impact and results of coaching entirely depends on you. The more dedicated and committed you are for bringing changes in your life, the more effective results would be visible.
Changes in any sphere of life takes some time and especially in behaviours it takes more time, the more you are inclined to learn and practise your new behaviours and habits the faster would be the results. Once you practise new behaviors and habits you may need efforts to continue and sustain them. The number of sessions entirely depends on you. To start with, it is usually good to meet weekly for an hour and then it may be reduced as per the progress of an individual.
I do my coaching through skype or phone depending upon the geographic location of client. Usually, it is observed that once a first session completes, client feels comfortable and have confidence in taking the relationship further. Once the relationship is in place the physical presence does not matter much.
Anybody who has a strong determination and commitment towards bringing change in life will experience more benefits. It really takes efforts and dedication towards changing life and to experience changes.
